The home office feels bold and moody. Dark painted millwork, paired with rich wall colour envelope the room, creating a cozy retreat, with an antique desk positioned as the undeniable focal point.
The formal living room was all about encouraging conversation. We curated purposeful seating around the grand fireplace, making the room feel intimate and inviting.
The arched doorways and detailed moulding were highlighted with a rich, neutral paint palette that elevated the home’s original craftsmanship.
The custom oversized ottoman paired with navy velvet sofa and repurposed rich brown leather chairs give the room the appeal to curl up and read a book or casually lounge with guests.
In the dining room, we went bold and dramatic! We drenched the room in deep blue-grey, a rich hue that made the clients' existing dining table and chair feel special.
We introduced a shagreen sideboard, impactful art and a show-stopping chandelier, creating a dining room experience that feels both luxurious and approachable.
The main floor family room needed to be as comfortable as it was stylish. An oversized sofa, paired with large accent chairs and impactful yet understated dark oak coffee table, turned the space into the perfect spot to kick back, watch a game and relax by the fire.
Upstairs, the primary suite received a full overhaul, transforming it into a true sanctuary. We selected a dark sleek oak bed which we paired with neutral bedding and black metal nightstands for a clean, masculine feel.
The ensuite was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with a large walk-in shower, private water closet and a stunning free-standing tub that was perfectly positioned in front of the large window overlooking the lush backyard.
An oversized double vanity, finished in a rich dark stain colour with beautifully detailed stone counter and backsplash complete the serene retreat.
The additional bedrooms were thoughtfully refreshed, evolving from childhood spaces into sophisticated guest rooms that reflect the elevated feel of the rest of the home.
Meanwhile the guest bathrooms also got refreshed, perfectly tying the entire renovation together.

When our client approached us about rejuvenating his beautiful city home we were excited. The bones were incredible, stunning mouldings, arched doorways and rich architectural details, so our mission was to honour the home's traditional charm while breathing new life into each space, creating a refined masculine, yet inviting atmosphere.
Every decision was made with the intention to enhance the home’s natural beauty, to respect its history and to create individualized spaces that support the clients lifestyle. The result is a home that feels cohesive, welcoming and effortlessly timeless.
